A.    We’re flexible and will work with you on timing. This is something we’ll discuss early then add this to the contract to give you complete assurance that you’re getting what you need.

Q.    How soon can you close? 

A.    This will vary. Typically, house closings take a couple of weeks, but we can shorten the timeframe, if needed. We've closed in as little 2 days; however, that is extremely fast & cannot always be repeated due to many factors (attorney availability, etc.). Mobile homes, on the other hand, can close the same day in many cases.
